Chip Burr has worked in the corporate world for the past 30 years in sales and marketing as well as the non-profit business for 8 years. He has worked for the defense department as well as major corporations. With the firsthand insight and experience of the stress that is inherit in the work environment he has created an effective program to deal with this stress. His drumming rhythm events allow people to create well being in a healthy, happy fashion by helping them to help themselves. Chip has worked with children for many years as a ski instructor, swimming instructor and now in his Rhythm Playshops. Chip brings his 12 years of drumming to the mix to create a successful program that incorporates his training as a facilitator. He has the passion to help people deal with the stress of everyday life and find the joy in the modern world.

Chip has attended the Village Music Circles "Facilitating Human Potential through Rhythm" Facilitator Training by Arthur Hull, the Rhythm Planet Workshop, and the Health Rhythms training by REMO. He is also an active member of the Drum Circle Facilitator Guild. Chip has had the help of some very talented people as mentors and colleges to help create his vision of Inner Rhythm.
